The Alexene Model on the other hand is a wood-inspired two-storey vacation home. Single Family Homes convertible to Duplex, and Single-Detached Units. It has front and rear terrace on the second floor. The floor area for Single Family Home is 1,264 square feet (if Duplex or Single-detached, 632 sq. ft.). Floor area of units can be extended for more floor area space, since units have big lot areas. The Average Lot Area for Single Family Homes is 2,626 square feet (if Duplex = 1,313 sq .ft.), while the Average Lot Area for single-detached units or Duplex = 1,300 and 1,600 square feet respectively.

The selling price for the Alexene Model Single Family Home is $ 126,000 (If paid in full in 30 days, there will be a 15% discount, so the discounted selling price will be $ 107,100). The selling price if converted to Duplex is $ 63,000 (If paid in full in 30 days, there will be a 15% discount, so the discounted selling price will be $ 53,550), and the selling price for single-detached units = $ 73,800 (If paid in full in 30 days, there will be a 15% discount, so discounted selling price will be $ 62,730). The Reservation Fee is $ 2,000. The payment terms will be 30% downpayment (which can be paid 12 or 18 months to pay (As Low As: 12 months - $ 1,408; 18 months. - $ 939), the 70% balance can be paid in 24 months at zero interest or 3, 4, or 5 years with corresponding interests, Or through PNB Own a Philippine Home Loan Program for as low as $ 415 – $ 486 per month for 20 years at less than 9% interest.

For those who prefer to purchase lots instead of house and lot packages, lots only are also available at an average of 230 sq. m. – 450 sq. m. / 2,475 sq. ft. – 4,840 sq. ft. per lot cut. The price per lot is US$37,500 – US$74,100 depending on the size of the lot. Reservation Fee is US$3,500. The down payment is 30% payable up to 12 or 18 months. The 70% balance can be paid in 24 months at zero interest, or up to 3, 4, 5, or 10 years to pay with corresponding interests, or through PNB for 10 years amortizations at less than 9% interest.
