TRANSPORTATION SERVICE OPERATION
In order for Lexber Beachworld Resort to be more attractive and more accessible to tourists, both foreign and domestic, Lexber, Inc. will put up a Transportation Service Operations to provide for the transportation needs of prospective buyers, residents and guests for a minimal fee. Shuttle services form Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and from other major points in Luzon shall be made available to such tourists. To operate such, Lexber, Inc. will need transportation equipments like a service helicopter, 3 coasters and 2 L300 vans and various water fun equipments such as jet skis, banana boats and others.
OPERATIONS OF THE RESORT
As mentioned earlier, the units in Lexber Beachworld Resort will be operated, for those unit owners willing to do so in a pool, as hotel units or serviced apartelles by a highly experienced hotel management professional group. The start of the commercial operations of the Condotel Service Operations will be on year 2 beginning with the Mediterranean Building and Building A. Followed by the Bahamas Building, Cayman Building and Building B on year 3, then so on and so forth. As the buildings are constructed, it can be operated as condotels the following year.
Lexber, Inc. is still in the final stages of the negotiation with a professional group who will manage the resort.
- Century International Hotels – Hong Kong-based, now operating hotels in Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines - Bayview Park Hotel, Century Imperial Hotel, Century Davao, Century Hotel Makati, etc.;
A HOTEL PARTNER PRIVILEGE CARD will be issued to the unit owners by the hotel operator. This card will allow the owners of units in the hotel pool to avail or room discount rates and other privileges to the other hotel and resort chains being operated by the hotel manager throughout the world. |
