The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), is interested to put up a Casino Filipino within the resort, initially putting up Slot Machine Arcades, and the gaming tables will follow later.
Some units in the resort will be managed by international hotel management professionals. For those buyers who will choose among the units managed by the hotel professionals, there will be periodic revenues, which will be given to them equally on a semi-annual or annual basis. Century Hotels, Inc. (one of the hotel management groups interested in handling the hotel part of the resort), has come up with the following estimated figures: at 40% occupancy, at P1,200 room rate per day, based on the floor area of the unit and the selling price, the Rate of Return on Investment will be 10.5%.
A Hotel Partner Privilege Card will be given to each buyer of the hotel units. They will be able to avail of hotel room discounts and other hotel and resort privileges to the other hotel and resort chains being operated by the hotel managers throughout the world.
There will be a transportation system provided to and from Lexber Homes Beachworld, that will entice all tourists, local and foreign to undertake (please refer to transportation service operation).
The project is first of its kind in Northern Luzon. Right now there are no existing first-class hotels in the areas of Pangasinan, La Union and even Baguio city. Further, the beaches of La Union, specifically San Juan, is the finest and the best all over Luzon, as compared to beaches in Bataan, Cavite, Ilocos and Batangas, and is even comparable to Boracay.
