- Design Fee for Customized Homes = 5%
- Estimated Cost of House (multiplied by) x 5%
- Design Fee Inclusions: Working Drawings, Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary Plans
- ENGAGEMENT FEE (Minimum Design Fee Downpayment) = US$500
- If your Design Fee is over US$3,000, a 30% Downpayment will be accepted to commence design for Schematic Floor Plan and Preliminary Elevation. 30% Balance due required upon submittal of Schematic Floor Plan in order to finish Preliminary Elevation. Entire fee due to commence design on both Schematic Floor Plan and Preliminary Elevation as a package will be credited towards permit set option. Please see Fee Schedule
